How do I join the ExecuPoints program?
You're automatically enrolled when you book your first service. No extra sign-up required. Just book, earn, and enjoy the rewards.
How do I earn ExecuPoints?
You earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible mobile and shop services. You can also earn points by referring friends, leaving a review, or reaching loyalty milestones.
How do I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed during checkout. You'll see your available ExecuPoints balance and the reward options you qualify for (starting at just 500 points = $5 off).
Do points expire?
Points never expire as long as your account remains active (at least one booking every 12 months).
Can I use ExecuPoints on any service?
ExecuPoints can be redeemed for most of our retail-priced mobile and shop services, including detailing, tint, ceramic coatings, and more. Note: Some promotional or heavily discounted packages may not be eligible for points redemption.
Can I earn points if I book by phone or in person?
Yes! As long as the booking is linked to your customer profile, you'll earn points regardless of how you book.
Do referrals earn points automatically?
Yes. When your friend books using your referral link, you'll get 500 ExecuPoints after their first completed service. They'll get a reward too!
Do corporate or fleet accounts earn ExecuPoints?
No. ExecuPoints are only available for individual retail customers. Corporate, fleet, dealership, or volume-discounted accounts do not qualify to earn or redeem ExecuPoints. This includes group washes, B2B packages, and fleet pricing programs.
How do I check my point balance?
Log into your customer dashboard or check your post-service email — your balance is always listed there.
I forgot to log in — can I still get points for my last booking?
Yes! Just reach out to support@clubexecauto.com with your order number, and we'll make sure your points are added.
