These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by ExecuClean Inc., doing business as ClubExec Auto (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us,” or “ClubExec Auto”). These Terms apply to your use of our website, services, and any transactions made with ClubExec Auto.

By accessing our website, booking services, or engaging with our business, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

ClubExec Auto provides mobile and in-shop automotive detailing, protection, and restoration services.

Service results may vary depending on:

         Vehicle condition

         Environmental factors

         Service type selected

2. Booking & Appointments

By booking a service, you agree that:

         Appointment time is reserved exclusively for your vehicle

         Accurate and complete information must be provided at booking

         Failure to provide access to the vehicle may result in a no-show

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payments

         All pricing is subject to change without notice

         Final pricing may vary based on vehicle condition and service requirements

         Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

Additional charges may apply for:

         Excessive dirt, pet hair, or contamination

         Larger vehicles or specialty services

4. Deposits

         Deposits may be required to secure an appointment

         Deposits are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

         Deposits are applied toward the final service total

5. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows

         Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

         Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours will incur a $50 rescheduling fee

         Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of deposit or payment made

         No-shows will result in forfeiture of payment and may require prepayment for future bookings

6. Refund Policy

All services are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Due to the nature of detailing services:

         All sales are final once services are completed

         Refunds are not provided for completed services

7. Service Limitations

ClubExec Auto does not guarantee:

         Complete removal of all stains, odors, or defects

         Perfection on heavily worn or damaged surfaces

Results depend on the condition of the vehicle.

8. Liability

All services are subject to our Liability Waiver & Service Agreement.

By booking or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to those terms.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

         Removing personal belongings and valuables prior to service

         Disclosing any known issues with the vehicle

         Providing safe and accessible working conditions

Failure to do so may impact service quality and results.

10. Mobile Service Conditions

For mobile services:

         Adequate space and safe working conditions must be provided

         Weather and environmental conditions may impact scheduling

We reserve the right to reschedule if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

11. Website Use

You agree not to:

         Use the website for unlawful purposes

         Attempt to interfere with website functionality

         Provide false or misleading information

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including branding, logos, images, and text, is the property of ClubExec Auto and may not be used without permission.

13. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms for:

         Payments

         Scheduling

         Marketing

We are not responsible for third-party platform functionality, security, or policies.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ExecuClean Inc. (d/b/a ClubExec Auto) shall not be liable for:

         Indirect or incidental damages

         Loss of use or value of the vehicle

         Issues arising from pre-existing conditions

Any liability, if determined, is limited to the total amount paid for the service.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

16. SMS / Mobile Messaging Terms

About Our Messages

ExecuClean Inc., doing business as ClubExec Auto, is an automotive detailing service. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to our SMS program, you agree to receive recurring text messages from ClubExec Auto. These may include appointment confirmations, service reminders, booking and scheduling updates, transactional notifications, promotional offers, and customer support communications.

Opt-Out & Support

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text “STOP” to +1 (571) 500-1224. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@clubexecauto.com or +1 (571) 500-1224.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message Frequency

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
