Liability Waiver
Liability Waiver for ClubExec Auto Services
Please read this liability waiver carefully before booking any services with ClubExec Auto. By scheduling a service, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
- Pre-Existing Damage:
- ClubExec Auto is not responsible for any pre-existing damage to your vehicle, including but not limited to dents, scratches, paint damage, and mechanical or electrical issues. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform us of any concerns prior to the service.
- Wear and Tear:
- Normal wear and tear, including minor scratches, chips, or fading, is not covered by ClubExec Auto. We are not responsible for the deterioration of any part of the vehicle due to age or prior exposure to elements.
- Fragile and Specialty Parts:
- ClubExec Auto will not be liable for damage to fragile, custom, or aftermarket parts, including but not limited to antennas, mirrors, spoilers, custom paint, or decals. It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of such features prior to service.
- Personal Items:
- ClubExec Auto is not responsible for any personal items left in the vehicle during the service. Please remove any valuable items before your appointment.
- Limitations of Liability:
- ClubExec Auto will not be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages that arise from the use of our services. In the event of damage caused by our negligence, ClubExec Auto’s liability shall be limited to the cost of repair or replacement of the damaged area, at our discretion.
- Inspection and Claims:
- Customers are required to inspect their vehicles immediately following the service. Any claims for damage must be made prior to the vehicle leaving the service area. Once the vehicle has left the premises or the mobile service area, ClubExec Auto is not responsible for any subsequent damage claims.
- Assumption of Risk:
- By using our services, you acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved in washing and detailing vehicles, including but not limited to minor scratches, water spots, or mechanical issues triggered by the cleaning process. You voluntarily assume these risks.
