4. Satisfaction Guarantee & Limitations
We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are not happy with your service, please contact us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to determine whether a return visit or partial refund is appropriate.

ClubExec Auto is not liable for:

Pre-existing damage or defects to vehicles or surfaces.

Damage due to compromised paint, clear coat, or sealants.

Items left inside the vehicle or on the premises.

For services performed at your home or office (e.g., ceramic coating for surfaces, eco-friendly deodorizing, or vinyl wrapping), you agree to:

Grant access to service areas.

Notify us of delicate surfaces or restrictions beforehand.
