Full Refund Available
You can cancel your booking and receive a full refund, provided the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled service.
Late Cancellations — No Refund
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your service will not be eligible for a refund, as we have already reserved time and resources for your appointment.

Free Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. We will work with you to find a suitable time for your rescheduled service.
Late Rescheduling — $50 Fee
Rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your service will be charged a $50 fee, as we have already reserved time and resources for your appointment.

In the event of a no-show, the full service fee will apply, and no refunds will be issued.
Subscriptions
Subscription Services Policy
ClubExec Auto offers select services through a recurring subscription program designed to provide ongoing vehicle maintenance and convenience for our clients.
By enrolling in a ClubExec Auto subscription, you agree to the following terms:
Non-Refundable Payments All subscription payments are non-refundable once processed.
Automatic Billing Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis based on the billing schedule selected at checkout.
Cancellation Policy Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. However, cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and previously processed payments will not be refunded.
Unused Services Services not scheduled or used within the current billing cycle do not roll over to future billing periods.
Scheduling & Availability All services are subject to availability, scheduling, weather conditions, and service area limitations.
Additional Service Conditions Vehicles requiring excessive cleaning, specialty services, or conditions outside normal maintenance may incur additional charges.
ClubExec Auto reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue subscription programs at any time.
Exterior Wash Membership Terms
Billing Billed quarterly at $207 (Regular) or $255 (XL).
Minimum Commitment One-year minimum commitment required (4 quarterly payments).
Cancellation You may cancel after the first year with 30 days' notice before your next renewal date.
Non-Refundable Quarterly payments are non-refundable once processed.
