What Is Spray-On Paint Protection Spray (PPS)?

Spray-on PPS is a peelable, liquid-applied clear coat that protects your vehicle’s paint from rock chips, scratches, and weather damage. Unlike traditional paint protection film (PPF), spray PPS is applied like paint, offering seamless protection with zero edge lines.

At ClubExec Auto in Fairfax, VA, we exclusively install Ngenco®, the global leader in spray-on protection, trusted by OEMs and performance shops worldwide.

Future-Proof Your Finish with Seamless, Self-Healing Protection

Ngenco® Spray-On Paint Protection Spray is the next-generation alternative to traditional PPF film. It sprays on as a liquid, levels out into a flawless, self-healing surface, and peels off clean whenever you're ready for something new.

Unlike vinyl or film, it bonds seamlessly, wraps every contour, and delivers true edge-to-edge protection—no lines, no yellowing, no lift. Backed by OEM-approved chemistry, this is the most flexible and advanced finish protection available today.

Why Choose Ngenco® Spray-On PPF Over Traditional Film

No Seams, No Lifted Edges

Traditional film can stretch, lift, yellow, or trap dirt. Ngenco® eliminates those issues with a sprayable, onepiece coating that covers every edge cleanly.

Custom Colors & Finishes

Choose from OEM color-matching, satin stealth finishes, or full custom-color options. Matte and color-shift
formulas are also available—even if not yet featured in our image gallery.

Self-Healing + Peelable Technology

The topcoat is heat-activated and self-healing. Light scratches disappear in the sun or with warm water, and
the coating peels off clean when it’s time to refresh your look or change direction.

Our 3-Step Application Process

1 · Precision Prep & Masking
Your vehicle is washed, decontaminated, and polished before we mask trim, lights, and seams with hightemp tape for sharp lines and proper bonding.

2 · Multi-Layer Spray Coating
We apply 3–5 total layers inside our climate-controlled spray booth—three for the base (color or clear) and
two for the self-healing top layer.

3 · Cure & Final Inspection
After force-curing, we inspect the coating and perform a controlled peel test on a hidden edge to verify
removability and ensure perfection.
