James combines high-level business strategy with hands-on automotive expertise to help drive ClubExec Auto’s growth across detailing, ceramic coating, PPF, and mobile services. With a background spanning sales, fleet management, body shop operations, and client experience design, he brings a rare blend of technical knowledge and strategic execution to the team.
Raised by a father who served 28 years in the U.S. Army, James operates with discipline, integrity, and a mission-first mindset. He has a passion for elevating the automotive experience of his clients — ensuring every vehicle receives premium care and every customer feels valued.
Outside of work, he’s a creative thinker with a passion for systems design, personal development, and community-focused innovation. James stands out from typical managers and salespeople because he doesn’t just “manage”—he builds, optimizes, and elevates every part of the customer journey, turning ideas into real operational results.

With an engineering background and several years of experience in customer-focused roles, Lucia brings strong technical understanding and clear communication to the team.
